The FRESH Hiramasa Kingfish is especially suitable for raw preparation, such as in sushi, sashimi, carpaccio or ceviche. Preparation of a yellowtail kingfish filet is very simple: the firm fish tastes especially wonderful when roasted on the grill or in the oven. The Hiramasa Kingfish is paired well with strong flavours, such as miso paste, soy or chilli sauce. Garlic, ginger, curry and lemon grass, as well as Mediterranean seasoning, such as thyme, rosemary, fennel and bay leaf, are all wonderful seasoning for this fish.
